- Artists must verify they have all rights before uploading stems, tracks, videos, images, or lyrics.
- Managers must verify rights and approvals before posting or scheduling SwiftMedia campaigns or publishing artist materials in Aura.

- Band, crew, and coordinators must use shared files and logistics data only for authorized production purposes.
- Ticket sellers on Aphelion and SwiftTickets must provide accurate event details and honor stated refund rules.
- You must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and third-party platform rules, including social networks you connect.
AI Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content from SwiftGen AI, Studio assistance, SwiftMedia suggestions, and any other SoundSwift AI system is provided as-is and as-available. Outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, similar to other users’ outputs, or unsuitable for a particular use. SoundSwift does not warrant that AI outputs are free of third-party rights, factually correct, or fit for commercial release. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, clearing, and legally using any AI output before publishing, selling, registering, or claiming it. SoundSwift may change, rate-limit, or discontinue AI models and credits.
License Grant
You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload or create, subject to the licenses you grant here and to any rights of others. You grant SoundSwift a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, perform, stream, distribute, and promote that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and market the Services, including to:
- Display your content in profiles, stores, campaigns, events, rooms, and embeds.
- Stream audio, video, and live sessions to authorized users.
- Distribute files, tickets, stems, mixes, and downloads you enable.
- Promote public content in discovery, recommendations, and SoundSwift marketing that features publicly available catalog or events.
This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for reasonable residual copies in backups, legal archives, caches, and content shared with others that they have lawfully retained.
Prohibited Activities
You may not, and may not assist others to:
- Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights.
- Impersonate any person, artist, manager, venue, or brand.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-export the Services or other users’ data without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, prompts, embeddings, or non-public APIs except where law prohibits this restriction.
- Circumvent security, access controls, DRM, paywalls, credit meters, or geographic or role restrictions.
- Upload malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, exploitative of minors, or that incites violence.
- Interfere with Connect rooms, Aphelion or SwiftTickets checkout, Arc playback, or other users’ accounts.
- Use AI systems to generate or launder infringing works, or to impersonate SoundSwift staff.
Refund Policy
- Digital goods, including downloads, generated files, delivered stems or mixes, and digital merch unlocks, are non-refundable unless the file is materially defective and SoundSwift cannot provide a working replacement.
- Subscriptions are refundable only if you cancel and request a refund before the next renewal period begins, subject to the plan terms shown at checkout. Partial periods are generally not prorated after the renewal processes.
- Tickets sold through Aphelion or SwiftTickets are refundable only if the event is canceled or officially rescheduled and the organizer or SoundSwift states that refunds apply. Convenience, processing, and platform fees may be non-refundable. If an event is rescheduled, tickets typically remain valid for the new date unless the organizer offers a refund window.
- AI credits are non-refundable once used, consumed, or reserved by a generation job, including failed jobs that produced billable compute, except where SoundSwift determines a platform defect occurred.
Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in account suspension. Event cancellations follow industry-standard promoter and venue practices. SoundSwift is not the event producer unless SoundSwift expressly says so.
DMCA Reference
Copyright complaints are handled under the SoundSwift DMCA Policy at www.soundswift.com/terms/dmca. Repeat infringers may be terminated across all apps.
Termination Clause
You may stop using the Services at any time. SoundSwift may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay, or as required by law. Upon termination SoundSwift may delete or restrict user content, unused credits, rooms, campaigns, and tickets, except where data must be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons. Sections that by nature should survive, including licenses already exercised, disclaimers, indemnity, limitations, and dispute terms, survive termination.
Third-Party Integrations
The Services may interoperate with third parties, including AI audio providers, Arc / SoundSwift Videos, payment processors such as cards and wallets, and social media APIs used by SwiftMedia. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. SoundSwift is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, revoked tokens, or content decisions by those platforms.
Data Usage
SoundSwift collects and uses technical, account, and usage data to operate, secure, and improve the Services, prevent fraud, personalize discovery, and measure campaigns and events. Details are in the Privacy Policy. You grant SoundSwift permission to use de-identified and aggregated analytics.
